A student who;

Commits a breach of rules of conduct specified in regulations 

  1. Disobeys the lawful order(verbal/written) of a teacher or other person in authority in the University; or
  2. Habitually neglects his/her work or habitually absents himself/herself from his/her class without valid reason; or
  3. Willfully damages public property or the property of fellow students or any teacher or any employee of the University; or
  4. Does not pay the fees, fines or, other dues payable under the university regulations and rules; or
  5. Does not comply with the rules relating to residence in hostels.
  6. Using indecent language, wears immodest dress, makes indecent remarks gestures or behaves in a disorderly manner; or commits any criminal or dishonorable act (whether committed within the University Campus or outsides) or any act which is prejudicial to the interest of the University; shall be guilty of an act of indiscipline and shall be liable for each such act to one or more of the penalties mentioned in regulation
  7. Any Offensive sexual behavior defined under the HEC Policy Guidelines Against Sexual Harassment
