KOHAT UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY   KUST 14th CONVOCATION (2023)

The “14^th Convocation” of Kohat University of Science & Technology (KUST) is scheduled to be held tentatively on December 02, 2023 at 10:am in the Iftikhar Auditorium KUST, for the award of Degrees and Gold Medals to the graduates who have successfully completed their respective degree programs up to Spring Semester 2023. Degrees and Gold Medals will be awarded in all the offered programs as per rules and regulations of the University.

Registration Fee:

Those graduates who are interested to receive their Degrees/ Gold Medals in the Convocation in person, are required to deposit Registration Fee of Rs. 5500/- (for those who have not yet received their degrees) or Rs 4000/- (for those who have already received their original degrees) in KUST account at Habib Bank Limited, KUST branch Kohat and register themselves in the Degree, Registration & Migration Section (Examinations Sections) of the University by November 21, 2023.

 All those graduates who have already received their original degrees in absentia are required to submit an attested photocopy of their respective degree to the Examination Section along with the registration form.

 Convocation Dress:

Candidates receiving their degrees and Gold Medals in the Convocation shall attend a “Full Dress Rehearsal” (December 01, 2023, 9:00 am in the Iftikhar Auditorium, KUST) , a day before the Convocation and those who remain absent from the Rehearsal may not be allowed to participate in the Convocation. The Convocation dress will be available at the Store Section, KUST on payment of Rs. 3000, to be deposited (cash only) in the Store Section and will be refunded to the student upon return of the Convocation dress on the Convocation day (after closing of Convocation).

 Guests:

Each registered graduate (including gold medalist) is allowed to be accompanied by only one person as a guest.

Note:

For Registration, the graduate should bring attested copies of the following documents:

1. Secondary School Certificate (SSC)
2. Clearance Certificate in original duly signed by all concerned (photocopy is not acceptable)
3. Final Transcript of the respective Degree Program
4. One passport size photograph
5. CNIC (self)
6. CNIC of the guests
7. Original Bank Deposit Slip
8. Photocopy of Degree (if already received)

 (Requirements 1, 2 & 3 are not for those graduates who have already received their degrees)
