Chairman Message

Department of Chemistry is one of the distinguished departments at KUST It started its journey with only forty students and two faculty members. Now, it is one of the populous departments of the university having almost three hundred students and twenty two faculty members, Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. and having foreign Postdoctoral experience. This department carries the vision to ensure academic excellence through quality in discipline and peaceful learning environment. It coordinates and provides facilities for exchange of knowledge and applied research in the newly emerging fields. The Department is looking forward to linkages with industries by establishing research based centers and state of the art laboratories. We invite the young students and researchers to join us on board for their educational journey and wish them “Best of luck.”
