Class Rosters

The Registration/CoE’s Office provides the class rosters for all courses to the course instructors through their respective HoDs according to the following schedule:

1. At the beginning of the third week of the semester
2. At the beginning of the fifth week of the semester
3. At the beginning of the eleventh week of the semester
4. Just before the Final Examination
