READMISSION
The admission cancelled under clauses 10 (ii) above may be restored only once by the Vice Chancellor on the recommendation of the Head of the Department, only in case where the Vice Chancellor is satisfied that the non-provision of Migration certificate was due to circumstances beyond human control provided that such application is submitted within 10 days of the order of cancellation of admission.
